i'm back to SQUARE ONE! yess! i'm JOB-less now.. its not what u tink aites! the story goes like this.. yesterday was the 2ND day of opening... andd we doing our work as per normal.. JOEL was in-charge.. it all went smoothly went suddenly VERON turn up... i and IRAH was putting up all the hangers.. andd we OVERHEARD EVERYTHING that she said to the part-timers.. wanna knoe what she said bout us, the TEMPORARY staff? here it goes..." i'm not happy with the temp staffs.. 3 person at one section.. what are they doing? u saw them talking andd why u didn't scold dem or inform me? 3 person together, 1 cut the cartons, another one pass the stock and the other one display.. if like dat i also wanna work.. but its ok, they only have a few more days here after dat we don't need them."I'm so DAMN PISSED OFF! we told the rest of the temp staff to be aware of this.. all of us don't have the mood to do our work and just HECKCARE wif it!at that point of time she was not aware dat some of the temp staffs were throwing rubbish in the office.. the rest of dem also heard what she said and dey just act blurr.. but i knoe JOEL realise the attitude change in all of us...after settling the hangers, i decided to get into the office to take summore stocks to be displayed.. andd once again... i heard alot of unpleasant complains that comes out from HER mouth! she receive a call from sumone, maybe its SINDY.. i'm not quite sure... she talk in chinese and she thought i couldn't understand... she sounded like this..." WTH! i don't wanna come u knoe today... but i pity JOEL so i come.. i come becoz i heard deres a customer complain here... SERIOUSLY 2mrw i and SINDY don't wanna come here anymore! "the way she said is as if she's blaming us all the temp staff.. i'm so disappointed!WHY IS SHE BLAMING ALL OF US?after we "punch card".. she call us to gather.. and to my HORROR.. she said today is ur last! FCUK! actually dey said our last day is at the end of the month.. the reasons is- too many of our staffs and did u see customer outside (see thru CCTV)? no right? sales is vey bad...- if u wan to continue to work wif us, u have to underdo an interview, then u can change to our part-timer...andd she talk bad bout us.. she said in chinese again dat "u see 6PM sharp dey come into office want to go home.. haiyaaaa!" we are at the wrong isit? i doubt so... u said dat we must hav our own initiative to come in at 6PM to punch our card...merepek SIALLLLL! tk bleh angkat laa... she blame us without knowing what we've contribute to the company (DAISO)... firstly...- we do TALK BUT our hands were still doing our JOB...- 3 person to one section.. we're trying to help one another so dat we can complete our task FASTER...- pleaseeee dun forget dat we are the ones getting dirty all over with the dust and dirt when the shop is still under construction..- we also work long hours and even OVERTIME when u needed to hit the target for the day..
- when u needed us, u talk to us damn nicely... "dear please take for me that one.." "nvm u all work hard i treat u later.."i really HATE this situation so much! and the WORST part is dat they still keep the chinese temp staff but not us.. all of the malays were FIRED! i'm not being RACIST over here... but its the fact, it happened to us! u wanna say dat we dun have discipline? are u SURE? the ppl that u prolong their work period all dyed their hair u knoe! from the start u stated in ur rules dat u can't dyed ur hair.. so noww, are u telling us dat its fine? hahahaha! CRAPP! all of us gather outside and exchange numbers and emails... we plan to have a gath after we get our pay... so ppl... KEEP IN TOUCH okeyy? =]
